These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

1.2 Use of Digital Plans & Intellectual Property Rights

All downloadable materials—including PDF woodworking plans, assembly guides, supply lists, cut lists, cut diagrams, and 3D CAD models (DAE and STL files)—are the intellectual property of WhiteRaven WoodWork. When you purchase or download a plan from our website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Allowed: You may print copies of the PDF plans for your own personal workshop use and build physical items based on the plans for personal use or small-scale handcrafted sales.

  • Prohibited: You may not share, sell, redistribute, re-license, upload to third-party file-sharing platforms, or publicly post any part of the original digital files, diagrams, or 3D models without prior written consent from WhiteRaven WoodWork.

1.3 Workshop Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Woodworking inherently involves risks, including the use of sharp tools, heavy machinery, power tools, and chemicals. WhiteRaven WoodWork plans are designed to provide clear, step-by-step guidance, but the ultimate responsibility for workshop safety lies with the builder.

By using our plans, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for adhering to all tool manufacturer safety rules, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and operating machinery safely.

  • Material quality, wood species, humidity, tool calibration, and individual builder skill vary. WhiteRaven WoodWork does not guarantee exact aesthetic outcomes, structural capacities, or finished dimensions.

  • WhiteRaven WoodWork accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, tool damage, or material loss resulting from the construction or use of projects built using our plans.

1.4 Pricing, Payment & Accuracy

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter pricing, update plan details, or discontinue plans at any time without notice. While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy in cut lists and dimensions, minor typographical or calculation errors may occasionally occur. If you discover an error, please inform us so we can issue a corrected update.
